This week I spent a couple of days at Disneyworld attending a seminar on customer experience ("guestology," in Disney speak) at the Disney Institute. In the short time we were there, we held a scavenger hunt at EPCOT, had a private viewing of the Illuminations fireworks and went on a tour of Disney underground. There was very little time to visit the parks, go on rides or shop for souvenirs, but I did manage to sneak in a few pics of pregnant me - evidence of Jason's first trip to Disneyworld!
