disneyworld
we just returned from florida, where we visited disneyworld, epcot (aka ‘the international food court’), mgm studios and animal kingdom. despite extreme weather conditions – daily rain occasionally interrupted by sweltering sun – we had a great time.
my favorite ride was the rock-n-roll rollercoaster, which features aerosmith (not why i like it) and includes a high-speed launch that goes from 0 to 60 mph in 2.8 seconds. joe's favorite was test track, a ride that simulates performance tests conducted on cars -- boring! as joe will tell you, i chickened out of tower of terror (one time was more than enough), but joe survived the 13-story plummet. posted: 06/09/05
